Weekend Childbirth Course is a convenient form of preparation for childbirth, particularly if you have already given birth or if your professional commitments do not allow you to attend the full childbirth education program.
Classes take place on Saturday and Sunday, both in the morning and in the afternoon, with a lunch break.
In a friendly, workshop-based atmosphere, over just two days the course provides essential knowledge and up-to-date information on the course of labor and the postpartum period, newborn care and daily handling, as well as breastfeeding and lactation.
Classes are held in a group, workshop-based format.

Classes take place at St. Sophia’s Specialist Hospital, 90 Żelazna Street, Warsaw.

Participation fee: PLN 850 per person or per couple.
